Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 August 2026

1. Our commitment to privacy

Coastline Power & Co respects the privacy of its customers, prospective customers, employees, contractors and website visitors.

This policy describes how we handle personal information when providing electrical, solar, battery and air-conditioning products and services.

If you enquire about finance, we may collect information required to introduce you to, or assist you in dealing with, an independent finance provider.

This may include identification details, employment information, income information, existing financial commitments and information relevant to assessing finance eligibility.

A finance provider may conduct its own credit assessment and obtain information from a credit-reporting body. That provider’s privacy and credit-reporting policies will also apply to the information it collects and any application it assesses.

Unless Coastline Power & Co is the credit provider, final approval, lending terms and credit decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant finance provider.
